Refund Policy
1. Account Suspension or Removal:
If your account is suspended or permanently removed due to:
a. Our Failure to Provide Services: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services, and this results in the suspension or removal of your account, we will refund any unused or remaining balance in your Unutilized Account.
Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method, unless otherwise stated.
2. Contest Abandonment or Cancellation:
If a contest is abandoned or canceled, or otherwise rendered non-operational in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we will refund the Pre-Designated Amount paid by you for that contest.
Refunds in such cases will be processed and credited within 48 hours after the contest cancellation.
If the contest was partially completed and then abandoned, we may assess the situation and offer a partial refund based on the portion of the contest that was canceled.
3. Refund Process:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the account suspension, contest abandonment, or cancellation. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or another suitable method if that’s not possible expired payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and transaction volumes, but refunds should be processed within 48 hours.
4. Refund Eligibility Criteria:
Refunds are only available under the conditions mentioned above.
Requests for refunds will not be processed if the suspension or cancellation is due to your violation of our Terms and Conditions, misuse of services, or fraudulent activity.
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases of force majeure technical failures, the refund process may be modified, and we will notify users of any changes.
